Our kennels are located in Traverse City, Michigan.  Traverse is a small city which, on the map, is located in the northern region of the Lower Peninsula, along the beautiful shoreline of Lake Michigan. 

Surrounded by fresh green forests and shiny blue waters, Great Lakes Bullyz takes pride in the fact that we are able to provide our pitbulls with access to a playground that consists of acres upon acres of some of the most diverse and breathtakingly magnificent terrains that nature has to offer.  From beautiful beaches and larger than life sand dunes to heavily wooded hiking trails to wide open fields, our pitbulls experience, and enjoy, just about every landscape nature has to offer on a regular basis.  Simply put, we believe that it is essential to the health and happiness of our dogs to provide them with the opportunity to grow both physically and spiritually strong; we believe that it is essential to feed both their body and their soul.

Here at Great Lakes Bullyz, we thoroughly believe that quality always trumps quantity.  What this translates into, in terms of our breeding program, is that we have taken the time, and spent the money, necessary to ensure that we have secured some of the greatest pitbulls on the planet so that we can, in turn, produce some of the greatest pibulls on the planet.  Basically, while many other pitbull breeders out there may have more dogs than us, few can sincerely boast (as we can) that each and every one of their pitbulls is a legitimate show stopper; few can sincerely boast (as we can) that each and every one of their pitbulls possess the attributes and genetic traits necessary to make a pitbull worth breeding. 

 To all potential buyers, beware and aware of the fact that many kennels out there are in the practice of manipulating the stats of their dogs in an attempt to compete with the true breeders of XL and XXL blue pits.  In our persuit to find the perfect foundation pitbulls, we discovered that if a breeder made a big deal out of verifying their stats, it was because their stats were completely bogus.  Great Lakes Bullyz will verify all stats with any potential buyer prior to purchase.  As with just about everything you can purchase in this world, you get what you pay for, so make sure that you are getting what you pay for. 
There truely is a high and low end everything!

Each and every one of Great Lakes Bullyz pitbulls are considered "family dogs."  Our pits are treated as members of the family and are raised right along side of our children.  All of our pits are very well socialized with both other people and other dogs.  What this means is that we can walk anyone of our dogs in public without fear of them lashing out.  While aggressive pitbulls obviousley do exist, we believe that atleast 90% of their tempermaent is contingent on how they are raised.  More importantly, I will not sell a puppy if it shows any signs of abnormal behavior or blatant aggression.  I will not sell a puppy to anyone who is looking for a fighting dog or has plans on breeding fighting dogs.  As responsible pitbull owners, it is our duty to act as ambassadors to the breed which includes doing everything in our power to ensure that none of our puppies fall into the hands of anyone who would abuse them or use them for any illegal purpose.

In short, Great Lakes Bullyz is dedicated to delivering the best pit bull puppies on earth to all those who qualify.  We love our pits very much and we believe that it shows.  After reviewing our site, please feel free to contact us, day or night, regarding the purchase of a puppy.  Great Lakes Bullyz reserves the right to refuse any home and/or kennel a puppy.  No puppy will be shiped out until our puppy contract is read over and returned signed and dated.  This is to ensure that both parties are protected.
